Polyurethane foam offcuts

This polyurethane trimming are clean, dry and first hand from the factory. The pictures above are offcuts pressed in to bales. Flakes of this offcuts can be used in cushions and toys. Polypress of this material can be used in mattresses and car components.

Polyurethane foam scrap

The PU foam scrap is obtained from old mattresses and will be recycled into rebonded foam.
This recycled material is used as heat insulation between the walls and as laminate or carpet underlay. Rebonded foam is also used for sound and fire insulation.

Recycling

The PU cutting residues are recovered by making bonded foam. These trimmings are first flocculated and then used as a raw material to make “bonded” foam. This is also called POLYPRESS. The PU flakes are made into new blocks.
